What to share for a Bosch diagnosis
Send the bicycle make and model, any displayed error code and a description of when the problem occurs. A photo of the display can help John identify the symptom before your visit. Diagnosis determines whether a supported update or another service is appropriate; a software update does not resolve every fault.
An e-bike can also have an ordinary bicycle problem: brake rubbing, poor shifting, a flat tire or a loose bearing. John services these mechanical components on other e-bike brands, while motor and electrical work is limited to Bosch.
