Inspection, estimates and turnaround
When possible, John evaluates your bike while you are at the shop, shows you the needed repairs and provides an estimate if you would like one. Turnaround is typically a few business days, but can reach a week or more during the busy season.
Customer-provided parts can be installed in most cases. John checks compatibility and condition and reserves the right to decline an installation that is unsuitable or unsafe.
Safety checked, with clear explanations
John checks the bike for safety concerns and explains any frame or component issues that affect the repair. If a safe, reliable repair requires additional work, he will discuss the options with you.
